Declaration of revocation for digital content (e.g. downloads, updates)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us - via e-mail: admin@radioactivegaming.eu - by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

Please note:
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not on a physical data carrier if we have begun executing the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin executing the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by agreeing to begin executing the contract.
Please note that by picking up your content in-game, they are giving their consent to start executing the contract!

Our digital items are unfortunately excluded from refunds, this includes all digital goods & items you receive as game content on our servers.

If there are problems with an article we will of course try to find a satisfactory solution together with you, this could be:
