Important notes!

IMPORTANT: Every player must be in a tribe, even if he is a single player!

A) General rules

Every player on our ARK server must behave in such a way that we can maintain a fair, regulated and full server. This rule can override all other rules.

Harassment of fellow players is forbidden. This includes insults, sexist, radical as well as national socialist statements or simply discussions that can also take place in the regular chat.

Chat languages: English and German.

It is forbidden to lure wild dinos into foreign bases.

Dinos that are in the process of being tamed or stunned by someone else may not be killed,
otherwise obstructing or disturbing is also not permitted.

It is forbidden to buy or sell items or dinos for real money. This leads directly to the ban!

Exploiting bugs and game mechanics for your own advantage is prohibited.

There is basically no replacement of items/animals in case of bugs, crashes or own fault.

B) Construction rules

One base is permitted per server. Please limit yourself to an area of approx. 60×60 foundations!
Furthermore, 1 outpost is allowed per server. This can be a water base or a tamper trap, for example. This should not exceed 20×20 foundations and around 1000 structures.
In addition, each tribe may place a tree platform and build around 100 structures on it.

It is allowed to build a base together in an alliance. However, the maximum number of tribes is limited to two.

All types of structures outside the base (campfires, sleeping bags, spikes, traps, individual foundations/pillars) must be removed after use. However, the quick decay also helps here, which removes all small accumulations of structures within a defined radius after 8 hours.
We have also set up a channel in the Discord where you can post structures that are disruptive. We reserve the right to remove the disruptive structures without comment if we or other players ignore the information.

In addition to your bases, you are allowed to own a raft. However, it must have a useful structure (bed, closet, etc.) and be located primarily in or on your Base, unless you are using it. Empty rafts that are not in your Base will be considered an "off Base structure" and will be removed by us. Built-up rafts that are outside of your Base for an extended period of time will count as Base.

A respectful distance from your neighbors' bases must be maintained, and close construction must be cleared with them in advance.

It is not allowed to reserve a building site with foundations, piers or other structures.
Bases or the outdoor enclosures must be ordered with animals or meaningful structures. (No placeholders!)

Important routes and resources must not be blocked by buildings.

Artifact caves and their entrances may not be built on.

Gates around a Base are not walls and must be adjusted within 24 hours.

Building and parking dinosaurs at the ARKs is not permitted. We have placed a Dino Cloud at each ARK for this purpose, which can be used by anyone.

With the Tribe Radioactive Gaming we have provided you with some help on the maps, for example on Scorched Earth at the Wyvern Gorge some wyvern traps have been set up.
Please do not build huge square blocks as a base or dino storage, with the Dino Cloud you have an efficient storage for dinos!

Please build sensibly and not huge buildings with too many structures. We reserve the right to tell you to reduce the size of your base if necessary.

C) Giving away animals

It is not allowed to give away animals.
It is also forbidden to leave unclaimed animals on the server for someone else to find and take over.
Furthermore, animals may only be sold to players who have already reached the appropriate level for the required saddle. In case of repeated violation we reserve the right to make use of our warning system.

Likewise, it is prohibited to offer animals for, for example, a wood to circumvent the rule.

Domesticated animals must be offered at a reasonable price.

Bred animals with mutations must be offered at a reasonable price and must be castrated.

D) Note regarding administrative activities

It is essential to follow the instructions of the admins.

In case of rule violations, we reserve the right to delete the corresponding structures without comment. (e.g. structures outside the base) In addition, a warning or a ban may be issued.
